By creating an account or using VietAi you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that trading and digital-asset investing are permitted where you live.

3. Accounts and verification

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential.

We may request identity verification (KYC) documents before enabling withdrawals or higher limits, and may suspend accounts with incomplete, inconsistent or fraudulent information.

4. Trading and investment risk

Trading crypto, forex, indices, metals and stocks carries substantial risk of loss. Automated bots, copy trading, mining contracts and signals do not guarantee profit.

Past performance and displayed projections are not a promise of future results. Never invest funds you cannot afford to lose.

5. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Deposits must originate from an account or wallet you control. Withdrawals are reviewed before payout and may require verification.

Applicable transfer, processing and network fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use VietAi for money laundering, market manipulation, fraud, unauthorised automation, scraping, or any unlawful activity. We may restrict or close accounts that breach these rules.

7. Service availability

We aim for continuous uptime but may suspend services for maintenance, security incidents, or events outside our control. Features and products may change over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VietAi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits arising from market movements, third-party outages or user error.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
